Organizers with DeLuna Fest, the three-day music festival set for Sept. 21-23 on Pensacola Beach, are reporting brisk ticket sales some four months ahead of gates opening.

In a press release, organizers touted thousands of tickets sold, including sales in 40 states and 6 countries. Advance-priced VIP packages sold out in less than three hours.

In the eight days after the lineup was announced on April 17, the festival website, www.delunafest.com, logged more than 2.5 million page views.

For now, advance-priced weekend passes for the festival remain available at $159.95 plus taxes and service charges. When the advance-priced allotment is gone, weekend passes will go to $199.95 plus taxes and fees, while they last.

While advance-priced VIP passes are sold out, regular-price VIP packages are available at $849.95 plus taxes and fees. VIP passes include premium viewing areas, private restrooms, a private lounge and other amenities.

The festival will feature Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters, Florence and the Machine, Band of Horses, Dwight Yoakam and more than 50 acts on four stages across Casino Beach and the associated parking area.
