The holidays are upon us, and the weather should be getting a bit frightful. We should be getting ready to light those fires and get in the holiday snugly mood. But alas, we live in Florida, and frightful fire-lighting weather is most likely not going to come our way. But we can still get into that holiday snugly mood with a little Afternoon Delight.

Get your head out of the gutter, folks! The Afternoon Delight I am talking about is a delicious cocktail made with Firefly Cinnamon Whiskey with touches of chocolate and cream. You may not be able to start a fire in the fireplace, but you sure can get one going in your tummy with this Afternoon Delight.

Afternoon Delight

11/4 ounces Firefly Cinnamon Whiskey
1/4 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream
Splash of vanilla liquor
Splash of dark creme de cacao
Splash of hazelnut liquor
Splash of cream

Shake all of these ingredients over ice and strain into a martini glass rimmed with chocolate sauce, graham cracker crumbs and brown sugar. To achieve this tasty rim, crush graham crackers and brown sugar onto a plate. On a separate plate, pour your chocolate sauce onto it. Dip your martini glass first into the chocolate and then into the graham cracker and brown sugar mixture. You can also enjoy this beverage on the rocks or as a shot.

Get your fires started! Cheers!
