Festival Hours

• Thursday: 2 p.m. to 2 a.m.

• Friday through Sunday: 11 a.m. to

11 p.m.

Box Office & Will Call Hours

• Wednesday: Noon to 10 p.m.

• Thursday through Sunday: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The box office is beside Surf Style on the corner of East Beach Boulevard and Highway 59, directly in front of The Hangout. This is also the box office for shuttle passes.

Wristband Policy

Ticketholders must exchange their ticket for a weekend wristband, which allows unlimited re-entry. Wristbands MUST be worn for entry into the Festival. Wristbands are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced. They cannot be removed and must be worn all three days to allow entry. Removing, stretching or tampering with your wristband in any way, and you will not be allowed onto the grounds.

Disability Access & Accommodations

ADA members require proper photo ID and are limited to one service companion per person.

Kids

Children ages 10 and younger are admitted free with a ticket-holding adult. Limit 2 children per supervising adult or 4 children per family.
